Gudeg Jogja as it’s sometimes known as, is served with rice as a major dish, but accompanied with a few other widespread side dishes that embody hen, and curried cow skin. While I couldn’t eat gudeg fairly often because it’s a sweet dish, I did really enjoy the wonderful texture of the young jackfruit after being cooked for thus lengthy.
